The finished project is a little mail center next to the microwave and back door. Yes, I realize I will need to stay on top of it so I don't lose anything! The magazine holder in the back is just a piece of paper mod podged over a plain white magazine holder we have. I will need to keep this pretty clean!
I mod podged the piece of paper to the bottom of the tray and then used wood glue for the letters. So far, it's working well!
