Did you think I disappeared?
I'm still here.
Just in one of those times.
Life is good. Really good.
But even in the good, there are little ups and downs.
This little hat is for one of my favorite little ladies. I can't wait to see her wear it. It is all packed up and ready to go! I love this hat pattern. I have made it for both my boys and now in girl colors. It is my go to pattern. It's the Galilee hat from the talented Mamachee.
I've also finished the Laila flower from Mamachee for my bag/purse. It was time for a little update and some spring colors. Another one of my favorite patterns. I used some special yarn that I got the last time I was in NYC. I'm making a blanket out of it, but thought I could spare a little to make my flower.
I'm also working on a scarf using some of the alpaca yarn I got from the alpaca farm in the area. The pattern has been really fun and I can't wait to share some pictures.
Finally, Petals to Picots is hosting the virtual blanket drive for the Project Linus. I'm busy on that blanket. I'm using a standard granny square to make a baby blanket. Very easy and relaxing!
Anything else? Well the Beautiful Blogger Blanket I participated in is finished. Stocki did an amazing job putting them all together. Visit HERE to see more pictures of the final project. Mine are the yellow granny squares. I didn't win, but who cares. I'm so happy to have been a part of it.
