Linus Blanket

This is the blanket I am crocheting for Project Linus.  Petals to Picots is hosting a virtual Project Linus blanket drive that I have decided to participate in.

This is still a work in progress.  It's your basic granny square that just keeps growing!  I'm hoping to make it larger than 36x36 but I only have about a skein of yarn left.  It might not have too many more rounds!

I started the blanket while I was in Nebraska  and on breaks from my Certified Lactation Counseling classes.

I just found out yesterday that I passed.  I'm so happy and excited to see what comes next.  I will need to network a little, but mostly I'm just excited that I stretched my mind and did it.  I have letters after my name now!

I have taken the week off from running which is very sad.  I rolled my ankle last week and then didn't do a good job recovering.  It still hurts.  My doctor checked it out and it's fine.  Nothing that rest and more rest won't take care of.  So now I wait.  This has changed my training.  I'm not giving up on Fargo Half just yet though.
