1. Look at this yummy ice cream I found! It's got the live active cultures found in yogurt and it's pretty darn good. Where was this 3 years ago when I had gestational diabetes? A 1/2 cup only has 17 grams of carbs. We had it last night and even Chewy got a little taste for the first time!

2. We call our baby Chewy, but not because of Chewbacca. I'm just going to come right out and say it...I haven't seen Star Wars. Nope. I have no desire to see it and I really don't feel like I'm missing much. You can try to correct me if I'm wrong, but I probably still won't spend the time watching it. Sorry.
3. I love the blog How About Orange. She posted this a while ago and now I have trouble typing. Supposedly since my days long ago in typing class things have changed. Who knew you weren't suppose to put two spaces in between sentences? I just can't stop it though. It is actually bugging me. I either type painfully slow to remember not to do it or I just do two spaces and keep thinking about how it's not right. It's a vicious vicious cycle. Make it stop!
4. Chewy is also on a vicious cycle. It's called 3:30am. Oh my goodness it's just not right. (There I go again thinking about sentences and the number of spaces.) How do I sleep train a child that is sharing a room? I don't want to "unsleep" train the Boppers by letting him sleep with us while we train Chewy. So I bring Chewy into bed around 3:30 and then he eats about 5:30 or 6 and won't go back to his own bed. Maybe it will just resolve itself somehow. (Ha, probably not.)
5. Is that fact that the number of spaces between the end of my sentences keeps changing bother anyone? It's kind of bothering me.

Yes. That 2 spaces thing. I remember being in typing/keyboarding class in highschool and it was 2 spaces, not one. It is like relearning to tie your shoes. Or ride a bike. Or breathe. (okay that might be extreme.)

I had NO clue about the fact that only one space is now the correct thing to do. When did that change? I guess I've been too busy staying home and having babies to know anything important like that, LOL!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Thanks for always being so encouraging. I was totally gonna skip out on MOPS and almost emailed you to get a push but simply ran out of time. Glad I trucked through it because it was really a lot of fun! Hope your little man will sleep in for you soon. 3:30 am just isn't right!!!
I will give that yogurt blend a try. I am always looking for healthier ice cream! I learned to type a very long time ago when it was still 2 spaces. I didn't even know there was a new rule. Tells you how old I am.
