Look! I finished something. Oh it feels so good to have a project done. A special baby will get this blanket. I had tried a granny square before and it hadn't worked out. I'm glad I tried it again. There are so many things you can do with these squares once you master them. We'll see what happens when I try it again with a different yarn.
I also did finish a scarf for a MOPS friend. We traded and she got the scarf and I got my diaper bag embroidered with our name on it. I love it! It was fun to do that. I now have 2 more projects to finish and then I am going to start on Christmas gifts. One is a baby blanket without a recipient and one is a throw for my bedroom! I'm glad to finally have a rhythm back in our house. It feels good to crochet a little in the evenings before bed!
I can't wait to start crocheting again! it is SO much FUN!
