Well my pumpkin cookies were about a 50% success. I'm still eating them, but thought I would try something different. I had to buy a large can of pumpkin at the store because they were out of small cans. I had a lot left over. I love browsing recipes and came across a pumpkin pancake recipe. So tonight while hubby is at church (he usually never comes home Wednesday nights for dinneronce school starts) Martin helped me make pumpkin pancakes. These were 100% success. They are a little tough to flip, but yummy no matter what they look like. I actually let Martin cook with me.
