Pumpkin Cookies

A few weeks ago I posted about wanting to make pumpkin cookies.  I finally got them made last night.  They were yummy cookies, but I still need to frost them. The only downside was my cookie dough was so sticky (like cake batter maybe?) that I couldn't get the cookies to flatten out before baking.  They are pretty big and puffed up and so I decided not to frost them with the spider webs.  I will have to try that on another baking project.  I'm thinking maybe flat sugar cookies.  Anyway, at least the cookies taste good and I will make them again, I'm sure.
