Home and Crocheting

Going home was wonderful.  Martin was a great traveler on the way down and slept pretty well the whole time we were there.  We spent time with friends and at the Children's Museum.  He played in the water exhibit and with the ball exhibit.  He spent almost an 1 1/2 hours in the museum.  He wasn't such a good traveler on the way home and only slept for about an 1 1/2 hours total.  Not fun.  We will see my mom again in a couple weeks and then my dad again at the end of the month.

I finished another crocheting project out of my book.  I think that makes the total 2.  I am a little disappointed that my gauge didn't come out right.  Before I start a project for my sister I am going to see if I can't get the size of my stitches a little more uniform in size.  I guess that's why I keep practicing.  Other than that, the blanket looks very cute!  I wish I could take classes, but the nearest place that offers them is about an hour away!  Maybe this summer.
