Randomness at its best!

I have been crocheting.  I actually cleaned out my stash and organized stuff including my ravelry account.  It's been fun.  Sometimes I can get overwhelmed with all of the amazing things you see out there to do.  I wanted to put that all aside and focus on the things I liked to do.  I think I made flowers for 3 or 4 days.  Then I got an order for booties and fell in love again.  I love those booties.

We have our Christmas open house on Sunday.  I've been baking and now cleaning!  I do love hosting people.  Our lights are up, our tree is ready, and I think I only have 1 more thing to bake.  I feel a sense of pride that I found all of my recipes out of my cookbooks.  Not a single thing came from online.  I enjoy reading cookbooks.  It was fun to pull them out and search for new cookies and cute treats.

Now it's on to waiting and preparing during Advent as we await Christmas!
