Summer...

Today was the last day of summer!  My oldest boy goes to school tomorrow.  It's only preschool, but it's 2 days a week all day.  I'm going to miss him. 

I'm going to spend the fall getting rid of hurry and busyness in my life that doesn't follow what God is calling me to do!

We also spent a few days at a bed and breakfast.  Just me and my hubby...

We did the math...we have not been away, alone, together since our 5 year old was 6 months old.  

We have spent nights away from the kids, just never both of us in the same spot at the same time.  It was very necessary after 4 1/2 years!

It was fantastic and amazingly enough very encouraging in our calls in life.  We had wonderful conversation with the Inn Keepers.  It is beautiful to see the people God puts in our lives to strengthen and encourage us.  

Plus, Monika is an amazing cook!:)
