2. I feel like a winner. I ran 3 miles for the first time in a month. I am running the 5K for the Fargo Weekend Races. Not my first or second goal, but it will work. I'm anxious for a half marathon this summer. I have a couple choices, but would be perfectly happy being able to run 10Ks again.
3. I bought some yarn on line. I don't know why I do that. I wanted to crochet myself a purse. The yarn gave me some trouble and I ended up frogging 3 or 4 tries. I probably would have taken back the extra if I could have. Now that I'm moving on it. I'm super happy with the results. I need to line it and finish the handle.
4. We are moving on the kitchen remodel. I live in a parsonage and the sink was leaking. It starts to spiral out of control after this point. The sink is custom sized, which means we needed new counter tops, which means we might as well get new cabinets. I"m anxious to see what it looks like all done. I'm also feeling pretty blessed. My mother in law couldn't even paint walls in some of her parsonages and I'm picking out cabinets and counter tops!
5. I have pretty toes again. My weakness is a pedicure. And time with my friends.
6. That's all for now. The boys and I need to run for groceries. We are desperate. Graham crackers 2 days in a row for breakfast.
