Well, I was ahead of schedule until I got busy with wedding, family, and being a little sick. I'm all over my little illness and frantically working on finishing up a few other crochet projects that I need to get done. Let's hope I can stay right on schedule with these projects!
Day 3 is Maggie's Square from The Crochet Dude. It was nice to be reminded how simple easy stitches can change the look of a square. I loved the back looping of the single crochet and the cross over double crochet. I think I would have enjoyed it better if I had not used the multi colored yarn. I have a giant ball of it left and I just dislike it a lot. It was the first yarn I bought (before I knew any better!) and it just feels rough. I can't remember what kind it is, but my goal is to finish it all up with my Square a day project!

Day 4 is the Blooming Granny. I loved it. I loved using the light blue and the brown. This is one I'll probably use again!
Love your squares and the variegated colors. They add interest.
ReplyDeleteAre you making them all into a blanket or what are you doing with all of these squares?
