Squares #1 & #2

It has started.  30 squares in the month of May.  I've been happily working on my squares in the car as we have traveled from place to place on vacation.  

This is my Amethyst square.  I was happy with how it turned out.  I was also happy that it used up some extra yarn.  That's the whole point of this adventure!

I really enjoyed the Kata square on Day 2.  I ended up needing to add an extra row to make it large enough.  I probably would have changed how I did the corners of the last few rows to make it more of a square.
