This is a before picture from this winter. Over in the corner in front of the door (by the mt. dew box) is where my new desk sits! The whole space is clean and even one of those cabinets is completely empty. I hope goodwill is ready to see me today!:) I am anxious to make it a space that I enjoy spending time in. I will have to work hard to keep it clean because the door to the garage is right there and we go in and out a lot! The laundry area is also in the space and so I'm excited to get everything together!
This is some inspiration from BHG.com. I love the magnet ideas. I'm thinking of a magnet board on the wall and some cute containers and maybe a shelf. I also have an idea for a marker board, but I will save that for later. I know for sure I want some new curtains on the windows. I'm thinking paisley. Lots and lots of paisley! My mom is coming this weekend and I'm anxious to get to the craft store to find a few supplies to get started!
