A Child of God!

In the waters of baptism, God has called both of my son's names!  

Martin Allan and Matthew Barry, you have both been sealed by Holy Spirit and marked with the cross of Christ forever.

I have given my sons the gift of life in the waters of their baptism.  They will forever have the cross of Christ on their foreheads.

Yes, we believe in infant baptism.  We also believe in an affirmation of our baptism through confirmation.  We are born into a sinful, fallen world.  We are in need of the waters of baptism from the moment we are born.  More on baptism later...for right now I will just let you know that my oldest son knows he has the cross of Christ on his forehead.  He knows that we all do and he asks to see ours and I know I have given him a gift of life.
