Great day

I just had a great day.  It's almost 10:30 and it's the first time I have actually sat down today to rest, but that's okay.  We had a great MOPS meeting this morning and I felt my craft time went really well.  I hope others enjoyed it!  I went out to lunch with some MOPS friends, was able to steal some time with the hubby at Target while he waited for his next board meeting to start, took Martin home to nap.  I was finally able to finish up our taxes.  They are filed and printed and now I just need to put them away.  The baby sitter showed up and hubby and I headed out for a date.  It's been such a long long time.  We ate dinner and then bought hubby some running shoes with his gift cards so he can train for his 1/2 marathon.  We picked up a "big brother" gift for Martin and some Bath & Body Works stuff for me.  We are now home and hubby has said he will unload and load the dishwasher for me.  Awesome.  I will probably fold laundry but not having to do the dishwasher for the day is actually heavenly!  I also got a big box in the mail and it was a gift from my best friend who is coming next week.  She couldn't carry a giant box of diapers and clothes on the train so the baby and Martin got their gifts early.  We are off to see the doctor tomorrow and then hopefully I can be productive and get a few things done around the house.  Ahhhh.  What a good day!
