Greatest baby-sitter ever!

And no you can't have her.  Martin is lucky to have one of the greatest baby-sitters ever!  I called her today hoping she could help me this afternoon as a reward for making it 8 days without Bryant and a hard week .  She said yes!  Yipeee.  The last thing I have to do to earn my reward is clean the kitchen.  All I have left is the table and the floor.  I even managed to try my hand at making my first cheese cake.  I watched Ina Garten make one and thought "I've always wanted to do that".  So I bought the pan and we'll see how it goes.  

This week turned out different than I ever thought, but all is well .  I even got my sewing machine from my mom.  The first thing I'm going to do is make curtains for Martin's room.  I will hopefully find some fabric this afternoon with my coupon.  Martin slept a lot longer the last few days.  I think part of the reason might have been because it was raining so it was darker in his room.  I have some cute curtains, but they let a lot of light in early in the morning.  I hope to remedy that this evening.  

Finally, I'm so close to finishing a crochet project.  I just need to block it and sew a few ends in.  I will post a picture soon.  Only a few more items to make for the bizarre.  Well if I want some time to myself I better finish the kitchen!  (Oh and watch some golf!)
